Representative Hayes moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 370(STA) am H be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of considering Amendment No. 5. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 5 was offered by Representative Hayes: Page 1, lines 12 - 13: Delete "One delegate shall be elected from each house district and one from each senate district." Insert "Three delegates shall be elected from each senate district." Representative Hayes moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 5 be adopted. Representative Mulder objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 5 be adopted?"
